Report: Remodeling market sees 'unprecedented' spending

According to Improving America's Housing 2025, a new report from the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, the U.S. remodeling market ballooned above $600 billion in the wake of the pandemic. And, despite recent softening, the repair/remodel/renovation market remains roughly 50% above pre-pandemic levels.
