Newly built apartments are starting to fill up faster, but at a slower pace than last year

Over half of newly built apartments were leased within three months in early 2024, bouncing back from a four-year low. The improved absorption rate suggests building owners are attracting renters through competitive pricing and incentives. Rental vacancies still increased slightly.
