Brand bonding: Gen Z is the least loyal generation, baby boomers the most



Older consumers show more brand loyalty than Gen Z, with Baby Boomers at 74% compared to Gen Z's 64%. Younger consumers often switch brands due to sustainability and boredom, with 45% of Gen Z switching for eco-reasons and 43% leaving "boring" brands.
