Aggressive tenants, mental health are top challenges for property managers

Despite overall job satisfaction, property managers face challenges, with 22% citing aggressive tenants as their main issue, according to a National Apartment Association report. Mental health and difficulty disconnecting after hours ranked second at 16.3%, with staffing shortages close behind.
