Radio Works for Legal Services

Let us guide you through some of the "appeal"-ing highlights of this past Wednesday's RAB "Radio Works" live presentation, which focused on legal services. Casey Taylor from CivicScience and Tara Quigley from Cumulus Media each shared actionable insights into the legal services industry.

Here are some of the highlights:

Radio Listenership: "Anyone that has used legal services in the past year is way more likely to spend at least an hour or more with the radio in general, "noted Taylor. "Thirty-six percent of those that use legal services spend over an hour on the radio compared to only 21% of those that did not. It's not just that they're there every day, it's that they're there for a lot longer, which means you have a lot of opportunities to reach these folks."

Sports Content Radio Programming: "Sports content is really popular with people who sought legal services, especially compared to news, music and things like that." Taylor recommends sports programming or content. "It is a really great opportunity to talk to consumers and to talk to attorneys about how you know the legal services industry can pretty easily piggyback on people's significant fandom in the community."
