Satisfaction highest among eco-conscious appliance buyers



The J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Appliance Satisfaction Study reveals that people who buy appliances price are less satisfied than those who buy for long-term benefits. The study measures satisfaction in 12 major segments, with only 38% of those who purchased for price saying they will definitely buy the same brand again compared to 56% for those who purchased because the appliance was environmentally friendly.
