Top retailers in America revealed by USA Today

A wide range of U.S. customers shared their favorite stores in USA Today's America’s Top Retailers study. Insights from 45,000 consumers and over 293,000 retailer interviews highlighted purchase paths and in-store experiences. The survey, conducted between January and March 2024, analyzed 23 retail segments.
