Most tipped workers prefer stable wages over tips

A survey by Paylocity reveals many workers are unhappy with tipping culture. The survey found 83% of tipped employees would rather have higher pay without tips. Additionally, 64% of Americans dislike the increasing tipping demands, with 78% wanting clearer tipping practices.
