How Americans handle stress: walking, talking crying
Half-done to-do lists and bad days push people to pause. Walking is top at 45%, followed by finding quiet and talking at 42%. Some prefer exercise (26%) or cleaning (22%), with 21% crying and 10% screaming to de-stress.
