Keep presentations to 18 minutes max
We can learn from TED Talks' 18-minute rule. People can only focus for so long on a presentation until comprehension wanes. That's why RAB online training courses were designed as a series of classes, none longer than 18 minutes with few exceptions.
Clients, too, shut down after a lengthy presentation. Interaction during a presentation helps, but if you talk straight for more than 18 minutes you'll lose them.
