During this presentation, Mike Chung, director, market intelligence, Auto Care Association, will provide a state of the industry which will include data from their latest Auto Care Factbook. Additionally, Dennis Broehm, owner, Accurate Full Service Vehicle Center in Appleton, Wisconsin, will share how he built his business through consistent long-term branding.
