As part of RAB’s continued live presentation series, the next
presentation is “Culture Starts at The Top.” The session will help
managers identify and adjust their own company culture to navigate
change. Viewers of the presentation will also learn how help their team
members handle adversity.
During this presentation, Kristin Cantrell, owner and chief executive
officer, Seven Mountains Media and CapCity Communications; Chris Forgy,
chief executive officer, Saga Communications; and Mike Hulvey, chief
executive officer, Neuhoff Media, will discuss the importance of
culture in creating high-performance teams and successful company
cultures.
