As part of RAB’s live presentation efforts, the next presentation,
titled “Protect Yourself from Copyright Violations,” is geared to help
stations better understand copyright and trademark protections.
Taking place at noon CT on Wednesday, December 7, Claire Hawkins,
principal, Foster Garvey, and Brad Deutsch, office managing director
and principal, Foster Garvey, will share how radio stations should be
protecting their own intellectual property rights while not infringing
on the rights of others. This crucial information can also be used for
planning promotions as well as planning event campaigns with station
advertisers.
